Currently Building Safety lead for Peabody. We have been supporting the new Building Safety Regulator as an early adopter for the implementation of the Building Safety Act. With a stock including numerous and varied high rise blocks we are having to learn new skills to make sure we understand them and any potential risks. I have worked in housing for 15 years in asset management and compliance. With a construction background I am interested in how you can design out safety risks, improve maintenance performance and create buildings that support a healthy and safe environment for residents.
