Emma McDonald

A Wife and mother of 2 grown up children. The majority of her early career was spent working in the technology sector for large organizations such as IBM and Hewlett Packard. Just over 18 months ago she joined Amazon Global Engineering, managing Construction Safety & Vendor Management & Social Responsibility – supporting the expansion of the Amazon Fulfilment network across EMEA.  Emma also is very passionate about DEI; leading a fantastic team of people across Engineering whose aim is to move the diversity needle in a sector that well known for its lack of diversity.
