Emma founded Trifle* in 2010 after a career in marketing. She has worked on over 150 interior projects 90% of which have been offices.

Statement:

"Driving equality is really important to create a more diverse and inclusive industry. The lack of representation in my early days made it challenging to open doors without an enormous amount of perseverance! Thank goodness for Alison Morey without whom there would have been very few role models for me. We all interact with the built environment so it is important that it is a positive user experience for all and I believe having a diverse range of people involved throughout the whole process is critical to achieving true inclusivity."
