Emmanuel is an ex Charlton Athletic Academy footballer who played there for 9 years with his ex-team mates who are now professional football players including Joe Gomez - Liverpool FC, Ezri Konsa – Aston Villa FC , Ademola Lookman – Atalanta BC before he turned into civil engineer for Ramboll UK after being released at 18 years old a few years later. Emmanuel formed his community interest company called The Fest Hub (FEST – Connecting Football, Education & STEM) to support young sports players particularly footballers and students from disadvantaged communities into careers within STEM should the sport not work out. Emmanuel is passionate about making a difference and is a huge EDI champion at his day job with Ramboll where he was recently announced the Global Culture & EDI champion 2022.
