Eoin O'Loughlin

Eoin O’Loughlin is an Associate Fire Engineer based in Arup’s London office. He is passionate about enabling decarbonisation in the built environment whilst also striving for fire safety equity. A Chartered Engineer, he delivers fire consultancy through design, construction and operation for projects around the world, across a range of building sectors. He leads Arup’s structural fire engineering skills network global and is also heavily involved in Arup’s focus groups on existing buildings and retrofit at scale, as well as Arup’s efforts on other key fire safety topics such as mass timber, modern methods of construction and inclusive evacuation solutions.
