Eugene Korch
Eugene Korch is a façade engineer with over 15 years of professional experience in the United Kingdom and internationally.
He leads the Façade Design and Engineering Diploma Programme at the Institute for Architectural Science and Technology (IAST), where he helps advance education and professional standards in the façade sector.
In collaboration with the Joint Competence Initiative for the Building Envelope Sector (JCI), Eugene led the development of the JCI Baseline Knowledge Assessment — a tool now actively used by hundreds of building envelope professionals to identify knowledge gaps and drive performance improvement.
Eugene Korch also directs the development of the Facade Intelligence Knowledge Platform, an innovative digital platform that provides access to case studies, courses, professional development, and resources aimed at raising competence standards and promoting best practice across the facade industry.
