Eugene Korch is a façade engineer with over 15 years of professional experience in the United Kingdom and internationally.
He leads the Façade Design and Engineering Diploma Qualification Programme at the Institute for Architectural Science and Technology (IAST), where he contributes to advancing education and professional standards within the façade sector.
In collaboration with the Joint Competence Initiative (JCI), Eugene is involved in the development of the JCI Baseline Knowledge Assessment, supporting the creation of structured competence frameworks for professionals working across the building envelope sector.
Eugene Korch also directs the development of the Facade Intelligence Knowledge Platform, an innovative digital platform that provides access to case studies, courses, community events, and professional development resources aimed at raising competence standards and promoting best practice across the façade industry.
