Faye Jenkins

An award-winning Social Value and Diversity & Inclusion Leader with 20 years’ experience on flagship major programmes of work including rail, road, real estate and energy. Leading the strategy development, governance and assurance of Social Value and D&I plans generating in excess of £300m of social value added, supporting over 200 disadvantaged people into meaningful employment, and raising over £200k for local charitable organistions. Faye’s experience includes both national and international projects such as Transpennine Route Upgrade West and British Antarctic Survey Modernisation where she led Social Value delivery for major tier 1 contractors, within JV and Alliancing environments. Faye now leads a team in Arcadis rail consultancy delivering local Social Value for customers such as HS2 and Network Rail, generating over £2m of social value between January and October 2023.
