Fela started his professional career as a Geophysicist in oil exploration.
He progressed through Regional technical and Commercial roles to Senior Management over three decades, leading multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of complex high profile technology solutions, business improvement and digital transformation services for National and multinational Oil  companies around the world.

His intrest in Architecture has been influenced by the different styles of building, design and cultures he has been exposed to through extensive travel in over 60 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

His lived experience of inequalities has strengthened his resolve as an EDI advocate and facilitator to focus on empowering organisational development through inclusive dialogue and the translatation of complex data into actionable insights that deliver meaningful change.
