Fergus Adams

As a Sustainability Manager at Parkeray, Fergus manages sustainability processes and outcomes across workplace fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Fergus supports projects in achieving sustainability objectives through the implementation of industry best practice, environmental management systems, and sustainability certification requirements. He is a qualified ISO 14001 Internal Auditor and certified in conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), through University College London (UCL).

With his extensive experience, Fergus advises project teams on sustainability strategy, embodied carbon reduction, responsible sourcing, waste management, circular economy initiatives, and certification schemes including BREEAM, LEED, WELL and SKA. He works closely with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to identify practical opportunities to improve environmental performance and deliver measurable sustainability outcomes throughout project delivery.
