Fiona is a chartered project manager with over 12 years’ experience leading flagship construction programs - representing the industry both nationally and on a global stage. She has a proven track-record in delivering complex programmes, managing multiple and high-profile stakeholders, developing others, and driving long-lasting change. Throughout her career Fiona has worked to lead Diversity and Inclusion transformation strategies, either through development opportunities additional to her full-time roles, or more recently in her capacity as Global Diversity, Belonging and Human Rights Programme Impact Manager. In these roles she has worked across businesses to instigate and implement positive change initiatives, contributing towards greater employee belonging, increased retention rates and reduced pay gaps.
