Fran Goble

Fran is a leadership professional specialising in strategic HR and People with a passion for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Brand Value, Social and Corporate Responsibility. During her career she has created and delivered true culture change through both strategic and operational solutions. Fran has been responsible for focussing on positive action through efficiency based solutions, she has a proven track record of consistent delivery of solutions that bring about real change reducing business costs and creating true culture change.

She advises on all aspects of HR ensuring that Brand and Corporate Responsibility are aligned to company values and cultural requirements to futureproof businesses.

Fran has worked with companies  providing direction and support in how to meet their aspirations for Culture Change , and Corporate Responsibility. She led a number of award winning benchmarking submissions including EDF Energy in achieving National Equality Standard (NES) and the Gender in Europe Equality Standard International (GEES) original accreditation and reaccreditation.
