Gareth Hulmes CSyP FSyI is a Chartered Security Professional and Fellow of the Security Institute. With a BA (Hons) Degree in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Security & Risk Management, Gareth co-chairs The Security Institute’s Built Environment Security Special Interest Group and has contributed to several strategic working groups focusing on specific security issues relating to sustainable development, value-based construction, ATM security and building regulations
