After working for the first ten years of his career in the petro-chemical and building services industries, in 1985 Gary moved into construction management, subsequently establishing building services functions within a number of development and construction organisations. He had overseas postings which took him to Lebanon, Dubai and Poland and brought responsibility for the management and coordination of design teams on major international projects.
Gary held senior positions with some of the UK’s largest construction firms before moving into development management with appointments in the role of Technical Director with both Candy & Candy at One Hyde Park, and then with Battersea Power Station Development Company on the redevelopment of the iconic Power Station. He is currently Design Director with The Royal Household.
The wealth of knowledge and experience he brings to the table makes him an appropriate person to guide us on quality - and not just from the perspective of construction.
