I have worked in the industry for 30 years and see it change for the better in that time. We still have a way to go but each day it gets better and better. The younger generation needs inspiration within the industry. With them they can bring some real positives but also some negatives. Through our Academy we are looking to build the bridge between Education and Industry. The industry is lacking some really good people. We need to attract good people that are ambitious and can be trained in the correct manner regardless of whether they are female, male or where they come from. It's time for change in the industry and get rid of the dinosaurs and the dead wood.
