Associate Principal at Grimshaw, Georgia Collard-Watson has extensive experience leading complex, high-profile masterplans, transport and infrastructure projects, with her work driven by a commitment to inclusive social impact and regenerative design. She recently led the international award-winning Waterloo Station Masterplan, exemplifying her focus on transformative projects that deliver meaningful social value with tangible people and place-based outcomes.
Deeply passionate about workplace wellbeing and cultural change, Georgia also plays a leading role across Grimshaw’s global studios and in wider industry forums. She co-leads Grimshaw’s Health and Wellbeing team, their Accessibility and Neurodiversity Network, and mentors through the WIA UK Mentoring Programme. As co-chair of the Architects’ Mental Wellbeing Forum, she co-authored the Architects’ Neurodiversity Toolkit – a practical guide to fostering neuroinclusive workplace environments where everyone can thrive and bring their authentic selves to work.
