Georgina is an Associate Social Value Consultant at Savills, with over 5 years of experience in the sector. She supports clients to maximise social value across within the built environment sector across the asset lifecycle, working closely with investors, developers, asset managers and their supply chains. Georgina has experience in establishing and delivering social value strategies across large mixed-use estates, ensuring social value delivery throughout construction contracts, creating investor and developer impact reporting frameworks and supporting clients to demonstrate social value of proposed developments within the planning stage. At Savills, Georgina has worked across the Property Management and Savills Earth divisions, previously Georgina worked for WSP as a Sustainability Consultant; delivering fund-level net-zero advice and acting as a Social Value Champion, assisting with bid responses and the delivery of contractual social value requirements.
