Georgina is devoted to facilitating real change and uses innovative, outside the box approaches in her programmes, ensuring that they are accessible for all. She has years of experience as a Community Organiser, Programme designer, Project Manager, Systems thinking, Facilitator, Host and Coach. Her qualifications include, Certificate in Community Organising, Level 5 Certificate in Social Enterprise Support, Certificate in Coaching and Introduction to Project Management, Award in Education and Training, GNVQ in Business Management. She founded BUD in 2014 because she wanted to see people who looked like her in positions of leadership. Knowing statistically that global majority women have the talent, but lack the networks, tools and resources to progress, she wanted to do something about it. Georgina has worked with 1000’s of Women to Empower them in leadership and change.
