Not only am I passionate about Construction & Data Centres, I am also an advocate for Mental Health, having a sibling go through Mental Health struggles and see how it can affect individuals. It has been a personal goal of mine to offer continued support to him and anyone else who deals with this.

Statement:

"1. After personally being involved in the construction industry for over 10 years, I have seen first hand how Mental Health is too easily pushed to one side or brushed away, and until this changes the problem will only grow.

2. It is too easy for society to have a stereotypical view of Mental Health, especially in the workplace, and specifically construction.

We have all shown prejudice towards this in the past in one way or another, without knowing it, and this has to change."
