Gorka Lopez
Gorka is a workplace strategy, interior design and transformation leader with over 20 years of international experience delivering workplace, real estate and business transformation programmes across EMEA and the Americas. A Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) with Master’s degrees in Project Management and Civil Engineering (Building Architecture), he combines expertise in workplace strategy, design leadership, interior design, change management and project delivery to create human-centred, inclusive and high-performing environments.
His work focuses on aligning business objectives with people, place, technology and operational needs, integrating creative, data-driven and evidence-based solutions that enhance employee experience, wellbeing, DE&I, sustainability and organisational performance. Passionate about the future of work, Gorka helps organisations optimise portfolios, lead change and design seamless workplace experiences that reduce friction, accelerate adoption and foster a stronger sense of belonging.
In 2026–27, he was selected to join the MBA cohort of the Executive Design Leaders Programme at Future London Academy, an international leadership programme bringing together senior creative and design leaders from some of the world’s most influential organisations. The programme further strengthens his ability to connect strategy, design, innovation and leadership to drive meaningful transformation and create lasting value for people, businesses and the built environment.
