As commercial Director for EDAROTH, Graham is responsible for the commercial and development management relating to new opportunities and our active programme. He oversees the commercial and development management function for EDAROTH.

Graham has more than 15 years of development experience in the residential development sector, including leading complex urban regeneration projects, joint ventures, affordable and specialist housing projects. He has held a number of senior development roles at Housing Associations and TfL in the property development team. He has a particular interest in MMC and how the sector can adapt and improve the delivery of new housing, working in a partnership model. 

He enjoys working with those who share his passion for delivering affordable, high-quality homes to those who need them and unlocking complex development opportunities.
