I am currently employed as a HS&E Advisor within the Environment Division working in the water industry. I have been in the job for 8 months since leaving the Army after 17 years. A key role that I play for the organisation is to promote a culture where health and safety is everyone's responsibility, provide a positive and encouraging reporting culture and support the men and women who are working on the ground.
