Being in Recruitment I feel I have an important role in representing candidates from all backgrounds and being a partner to so many Engineering Consultancies I can take note of what companies are doing what to be inclusive, I have a unique position where I have a wide knowledge of the sector as well as years of solid relationships I have built with numerous engineering consultancies. With a wide network and an in depth database, my voice can reach thousands, promoting the fact that we need more women in construction and breaking down the walls that are currently working against women having more senior roles withing our sector.
