Helen is Head of Sustainability and Building Physics at Bryden Wood and has a background in both architecture and mechanical engineering.  She promotes sustainable building design which delivers a tangible reduction in operational carbon emissions whilst considering the comfort of occupants and the whole life carbon of an asset. Helen works on projects from the earliest design stages through to completion, and on the ongoing maintenance and refurbishment of buildings.

Helen is a visiting tutor at Manchester School of Architecture, encouraging the integration of sustainable design into architectural project work.
