I joined Cube Purple in March 2023 after working in hospitality for over 17 years. I am now working for a technology company serving various industries including construction and feel I have learnt so much to date but still have so much more to learn it is defiantly becoming a passion of mine!! In particular the lack of women in this industry to which I often talk about on my Linkedin page.

Statement:

"Having been working for over 30 years, I can see things have slowly improved. However there is still so much to do. equal pay, equal promotions, women's voices to be heard more and encouraged to work in more male environments with no judgment. Less judgment and support regarding family life, even the menopause."
