I stepped into the construction industry as a Part 1 Architectural graduate in order to increase my technical proficiency, and I haven't looked back since. As a Technical Trainee with Telford Homes, I have expanded my knowledge of cutting-edge construction techniques and the logistics needed to reach programme deadlines. In the future, intend to grow my project management abilities and manage a project as a technical lead. I’d like to encourage other architectural graduates and school leavers to pursue a career in the construction sector as I progress in the field.
