Hiro Ng

Hiro Ng is a Commercial and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) practitioner. With over 10 years’ experience across the UK and Malaysia construction sectors, his background spans Business Development, Internal Audit and Commercial Management, giving him a well-rounded perspective on organisational performance and culture.

Hiro has spent the past decade championing diversity, inclusion, respect and belonging across Tier 1 and Tier 2 contracting environments. He works with stakeholders at all levels—from executive leadership to project teams on site—delivering practical and impactful ED&I strategies focused on psychological safety, inclusive behaviours and creating safe spaces.

He is the founder of Building Journeys Together, a consultancy supporting the construction industry in commercial management and ED&I delivery. Hiro also serves as Co-Chair of Building Equality’s London Region, advocating for LGBTQ+ inclusion across the built environment.
