Hony Premlal is an award-winning leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the UK social housing sector, holding a range of executive and non-executive positions, including Managing Director and Board Chair roles. As the Founder and CEO of Hony Premlal Consultancy, she delivers transformative programmes in leadership development, governance excellence, executive and life coaching, mentoring, and training, helping organisations and individuals strengthen culture, enhance performance, and lead with confidence.

A respected motivational speaker and facilitator, Hony frequently chairs and speaks at major housing conferences and hosts the leadership podcast High Tea with Hony, where she engages with inspiring sector leaders.

She currently serves as Chair of Eldon Housing Association and WISH London, and Vice Chair of Somerset Co-operative CLT.
