Hugo Ennis
Hugo Ennis is a Senior Associate and experienced architect and interior designer with over 20 years’ industry experience, working across a broad range of sectors, scales and project types. His background spans architecture, interiors, refurbishment and adaptive reuse, with experience across commercial and workplace, residential, retail, transport, aviation and hospitality environments.
Throughout his career, Hugo has developed a particular interest in working with both new and existing buildings, bringing a thoughtful approach centred on identity, quality and suitability for use. His breadth of experience enables him to draw on different sectors and project typologies to inform creative, practical and well-considered design solutions.
Hugo joined Pascall+Watson as a Senior Associate in 2025, bringing extensive experience in complex refurbishment and redevelopment projects alongside high-quality interior environments. His project roles have ranged from Project Lead to Project Technical Lead, reflecting his ability to combine design thinking with strong technical and project delivery expertise.
A qualified architect and ARB member, Hugo studied Architectural Design at the University of Edinburgh before completing his Architecture Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Practice at the University of Westminster.
