Jack Ostrofsky is Programmes and Partnerships Director at Warmer Homes London, leading its work to transform the capital’s retrofit landscape. He oversees London’s Social Housing Fund Strategic Partnership, bringing together 27 borough and housing association partners to tackle systemic delivery challenges. A qualified site manager, project manager, and building surveyor, he has over twenty years’ experience in retrofit and the built environment, including senior roles at ARK Consultancy, Southern Housing Group, and Peabody. He has contributed to national policy through work with DLUHC on the Building Safety Act, the post-Grenfell Industry Response Group, and the PAS 2035/2030 Retrofit Standard Steering Group.
