Jack has worked on several high-profile residential, hotel, co-living, and purpose-built student accommodation projects across Manchester City Centre. He has taken a key role in promoting sustainability within SimpsonHaugh and wider industry, including being seconded to UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard as Consultation Insights Analyst. He has also assisted Manchester Climate Change Partnership in providing recommendations for energy performance criteria to be included in Manchester's upcoming revised Local Plan.

Jack coordinated the practice's response to the Future Homes Standard Consultation as well as signing, on behalf of the practice, the Good Homes Alliance collective response.
