Jackie is the Customers & Markets ED&I Lead for Skanska, she started working with Skanska in 2016 and has loved working in the construction industry ever since, starting on the A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon Project to now working at head office.

Jackie’s mission is to leave the industry more inclusive than she entered, a future where all operations and departments do things through the lens of diversity and inclusion, to ensure that it is fit for purpose for all that those in society and an industry that is attractive to work in for everyone. It will take a lot of time, but culture change always does and I encourage people to embrace the change and not just stand by. Let’s be the change we want to see
