Jacob is Head of Design and Quality at The Guinness Partnership. As a developer, urban designer and planner, Jacob has experience delivering thriving places and buildings which push design quality and sustainability, led by deep resident engagement. He previously oversaw large portfolios of regeneration and housing projects at Be First, Barking and Dagenham’s development company and Camden Council. Jacob is Vice Chair of the Tower Hamlets Design Review Panel and a Churchill Fellow researching international models of housing delivery.
