I have been in construction cleaning since 2009 not only am I woman but I am a Indian woman. So you can imagine it hasn't come without its challenges constantly being judged within the industry. However as years have passed my experience and the way I have learned to deal with the challenges have grown and the more experience I have gained the more respect has been given. Although I'd be lying if I said I didn't have to be completely head strong and thick skinned from the start of generally most projects. There usually always a point that still needs to proved before respect is given.

Statement:

Working in such a challenging industry they definitely do not know what quality of works can be delivered unless the opportunity is given first. We all deserve a chance to prove how fabulous we can be.
