James joined Bennetts Associates in 2007 and brings invaluable expertise in the design and delivery of workplace and restoration projects for end user clients. James has been centrally involved, on a variety of projects including the award-winning 5 Pancras Square, providing highly sustainable offices and customer facing facilities for Camden Council. More recently he was Project Architect on the new Student Services Centre for the University of Cambridge which sees the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Arts School with construction of a new interlinked building in the historic heart of Cambridge. Throughout the project James played an integral role in bringing together both client and project teams to ensure the scheme met the complex requirements of the seven University services taking space in the building.
He is currently overseeing a range of Bennetts projects across London. From the construction of a new commercial office building and sports hall at King’s Cross, to the new HQ for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in Southwark.
