James Byass is the Director of the Max Fordham Housing team and has 20 years' experience of sustainable building services design. He takes a direct and straightforward approach to problem solving and has a keen interest in delivering heat networks that are efficient to own and operate. '

James is committed to delivering good quality, comfortable housing for all people. He is highly experienced in delivering all types of residential projects, including masterplanning strategies, large-scale social housing schemes, inner-city estate redevelopments, mixed-use projects, and various other different types of tenure, including student accommodation and hotels. He's also worked on several primary and secondary schools, theatres, and landmark new-build workspaces.
