James Byass is the Director of the Max Fordham Housing team and has 20 years' experience of sustainable building services design. He takes a direct and straightforward approach to problem solving and has a keen interest in delivering heat networks that are efficient to own and operate.  

James is committed to delivering good quality, comfortable housing for all people. He is highly experienced in delivering all types of residential projects, including masterplanning strategies, large-scale social housing schemes, inner-city estate redevelopments, mixed-use projects, and various other different types of tenure, including student accommodation and hotels. He's also worked on several primary and secondary schools, theatres, and landmark new-build workspaces.
