James is leading the advancement of digital transformation within Transportation as regional Digital Director for AECOM. He is at the forefront of project delivery, leading client engagement and delivering innovative approaches to provide efficiency and quality improvements. This includes providing advisory, strategy and technical consultancy as well as project delivery services as part of AECOM's infrastructure projects globally.  With 20 years' experience and a strong technical data background in GIS and BIM, he has performed project digital leadership roles on major schemes. More recently this has included establishing data analytics and AI capability and focussing on programme management services. His role in AECOM includes leading digital adoption, working across end markets to transform ways of working and leverage global networks and skills.
