Jason has worked in the private sector for the last 15 years, including nearly a decade in the construction industry. His experience spans Inclusion, Quality and Compliance, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Learning and Development giving him a grounded understanding of how people and culture underpin both organisational health and commercial success.

While in the construction industry, he was the first openly Trans employee to transition within the organisation, and was one of the founding members of the first employee led network. His work was recognised in 2023 when he was nominated as a Diversity Hero for the British LGBT+ Awards.

He uses his lived experience and an intersectional approach to champion inclusion and build environments that are safer and more equitable for everyone.

Jason graduated with a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Language from the University of London, and has achieved numerous professional certifications. He lives in West London with his partner.
