Jessica Mellor-Clark is a senior leader in social impact and inclusive growth, with extensive experience building cross-sector partnerships that connect business value with social purpose. As Head of BeOnsite, Lendlease’s award-winning social enterprise, she has led initiatives that have directly supported and employed over 1,400 people facing barriers to employment and generated £38 million in externally-verified social value. Her career has spanned the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa with her work bridging government, industry and the third sector to create pathways into work that strengthen communities and contribute to long-term economic resilience. Jessica also serves as Chair of the Employment Advisory Board at HMP Featherstone, advising on rehabilitation through employment.
