Jon is a Registered Building Inspector (Class 3 G/H & 4) with 20 years’ experience in building control and is the owner and director of a Registered Building Control Approver. Jon is active in the industry, he is a member of Industry Competence Committee Building Control Working Group, a committee member of the Association of Registered Building Inspectors, as well as being an assessor for the Chartered Association of Building Engineers building inspector competence assessment scheme (CBICAS), and a trainer for CABE, delivering part of the ‘Certificate in Building Control’ course,
