Jon Eaglesham, Managing Director of architecture practice Barr Gazetas, would be ideal for this. Jon led the design of One Heddon Street, a flexible office space for The Crown Estate, which last year became the UK’s first fully-fitted co-working space to achieve WELL Platinum certification. Jon is a massive advocate of design that puts people first, and his current projects include a later living scheme in north London, which is aimed at giving older people the opportunity to live full and healthy lives in an environment that fosters mental and physical wellbeing.

Jon and his team also took part in a Property Week competition last year to design the ‘department store of the future’, for which they proposed The Department of Health, a destination that provides public spaces and facilities where people can engage in different physical and mentally fulfilling activities, supported by the expertise of onsite small-scale manufacturers and retailers.
