Jonny Plant
Jonny is a Director at Corstorphine & Wright, where he leads the practice's strategic approach to sustainability and the Circular Economy. A passionate advocate for regenerative design, Jonny works across sectors to embed circular and low-carbon principles that deliver meaningful environmental and social value.
He was the project lead for Unusual Rigging HQ, a groundbreaking new building recognised as an exemplar of circular new-build construction, demonstrating material reuse, design for disassembly and low-impact technologies. The project was awarded 'Best of the Best' at the 2025 British Council for Offices Awards, highlighting its national significance as a model for sustainable workplace design.
Beyond practice, Jonny chairs the NLA Circular Economy Special Interest Group, convening experts from consultancy, science, construction and client organisations to address the urgent challenge of implementing circular and net-zero design at scale across London's built environment.
