As a neuro divergent individual I believe it should considered a strong characteristic to have the self awareness to protect ones mental health.
Statement:
"The state of our mental health should no longer be a taboo subject. Seasons of poor mental health in an individual should not be seen as a sign of weakness, rather it should considered a strong characteristic to have the self awareness to protect ones mental health."
