I’ve been a workplace strategist for over a decade. It never gets old because the definition of work and workplace keeps changing (more so in the last two years than it has in my career). I started my career with DEGW, then AECOM, WeWork and am now a part of Cushman and Wakefield’s Total Workplace team. My work with clients these days focuses on helping them define what the future of work means for them, and therefore what the shape of their future workplace ecosystem would look like. The conversation around workplace has shifted and the value of workplace has been elevated – we find ourselves engaging with business leaders directly, working with multi-disciplinary teams on client side, and really focussed on building out strategies that balances employee needs with business performance. I am working with my team to understand how an organisation’s values and beliefs around DEI manifests within the workplace and culture, and how we can help clients practically realise their DEI ambitions through their workplace strategy.
I’ve lived and worked across Asia, Europe and America, and currently live in London with my wife and two kids.
