Juning Wang

Juning Wang is Associate Director, Real Estate Analytics at Fidelity International, working at the intersection of real estate investment, analytics and technology. Her role supports decision-making across the investment lifecycle, including deal underwriting, asset business planning, valuation forecasting, fund modelling, portfolio risk and performance analysis, and sustainability.

She has developed a number of the quantitative and analytical capabilities including fund models, property income and capital value simulation and other decision-support tools. She combines strong financial modelling and coding capability with an understanding of property fundamentals and fund structures across pan-European markets, allowing her to move between the underlying investment problem and the technical implementation.

Her current focus is increasingly on the progressive build-out of AI capability for the next generation of real estate investment operating models, working across use cases with varying levels of data readiness. This includes workflow automation, AI-enabled analysis and connecting information, analytical tools and human expertise into a more integrated decision-support ecosystem.

Juning holds a PhD in Economics from the University of York and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). She serves as a Non-Executive Member of the RICS Matrics UK Regional Advisory Board and is also a member of the Real Estate:UK Education and Training Committee and the INREV Performance Measurement Committee.
