I am a Project Manager at Kensa Contracting. I retrained as an Electrician 14 years ago and entered the world of construction. I Love IT!! I managed my own electrical company "She's Electric" for a decade. In my current role I manage the installation of Ground Source Heat Pump arrays and associated heat pumps. I bounce out of bed each morning because not only am I saving the planet but I am helping people escape from fuel poverty. I am proud to work in the construction industry and absolutely love my job.

I am a great believer in "You Cant Be What You Can't See" so I am out here championing how much inclusion, diversity, equality and opportunity there is for women to have a successful career in the Construction Industry.
