Karen Etornam Brese is a Senior Programme Manager and role model in AtkinsRéalis. Born to Ghanaian parents and raised in North London, her journey has been one of resilience and a passion for positively impacting society. Today, she is proud to lead both engineering programmes and projects and to have previously served as the co-chair of the Embrace network, advocating for race equality and driving positive change across the organisation but also in the construction industry. For the past 5 years, Karen has been a force for good change in AtkinsRéalis by inspiring, engaging and challenging the decision makers to ensure #EveryoneBelongs.
