Kari Sprostranova

Kari joined Mace in June 2021 as Director of Health, Safety and Wellbeing for Construct with a remit to provide clear leadership and focus on Safety First – going home safe and well.  To this end, she is responsible for driving the implementation of the HSW Strategy across the engine.

Kari has worked as a Health & Safety professional for over 20 years, with experience across a number of industries including Waste, Engineering and Construction.  Kari’s experience includes a role as a Construction Principal Inspector for the HSE.

As a highly experienced Health and Safety professional, Kari also has extensive experience of project management, business improvement and stakeholder engagement.  Kari has been appointed to support the work of the Interim Industry Competence Committee; an advisory panel providing advice to the Building Safety Regulator.
