Kathryn Pennington is Divisional Managing Director at Sovereign Network Group (SNG), one of the UK's largest developing housing associations. A Chartered Surveyor with more than 25 years' experience across the public and private sectors, she has held senior leadership roles in housing, regeneration and development, including at Vistry Group and an SME housebuilder in the South West. Kathryn joined SNG in 2026 to support its ambitious growth programme, delivering 2,250 homes annually. She is passionate about partnership working and creating high-quality homes, thriving places and resilient communities that enable people to live well and prosper.
