Katie Adnams is an Associate Director in Smart Places & Digital Infrastructure at Jacobs, with extensive experience delivering projects at the intersection of technology, innovation, and the built environment. She has led major initiatives that integrate emerging technologies into the fabric of cities and developments—spanning national innovation programmes to the masterplanning of new urban areas—both across the UK and internationally.

Before joining Jacobs, Katie headed the Urban Innovation team at Connected Places Catapult, the UK’s innovation accelerator for cities and transport. With a background in urbanism and data science, she brings a user-centred design approach to ensure that data and technology are harnessed to greener, more resilient, and inclusive environments.
