Katie Holmes

Katie Holmes is European Lead for Jacobs LGBTQ+ employee network, Prism, and a client account lead for Jacobs’ local government clients. In her day job she is working with local government and subnational transport bodies to shape the future of the built environment across the UK, working with them to ensure projects deliver more in the future than they have before. She is passionate about inclusion both in how we design infrastructure, but also in the work place. In her ‘gay job’ as European lead for Prism she leads a team of over 50 volunteers across the business and was key to Jacobs achieving 6th overall in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index in both 2022 and 2023.
